This corncob pipe is on display at the National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg, Texas. According to the museum's display notes, this pipe actually belonged to Douglas MacArthur.
It really is a great-looking pipe and there is a possibility that it belonged to gen. MacArthur. I certainly seems like that one, but it looks quite new so you can't really be absolutely sure. Anyway, i love how this kind of pipe smokes, having just recently bought one :)
