I am trying not to post any duplicates of images already posted. This one looks awfully familiar, but in looking through my old posts I don't think it's a duplicate. Santa with a porcelain-bowl pipe from 1910.

About this blog
This blog is about my hobby of collecting and smoking pipes. I do not collect the very finest and most expensive pipes. I do not have a large income and I collect the pipes that I can afford. Such is one of the beauties of pipe smoking: there's room for everyone, if you can find your niche.
I have three other blogs: Blogonomicon, wherein I focus on my other interests of books and music and blog on various other topics that interest, amuse, and outrage me; The Last Ancient House, which is a collection of fiction and poetry inspired by H.P. Lovecraft; and The Hunter Chronicles: The Diary of a Vampire Hunter, another fiction project which is still largely a work in progress.

I like the pictures that give Santa an edge of potential severity. The current santa's are just a bit too cuddly, they would never put anyone on the 'naughty list' this one looks like he just might. he also looks like he's giving away little bottles of absynthe. So he has that going for hi!
